I bought a 2 year old snowmobile off them.  I was hesitant buying a used product from a rental shop, but they assured me that the machine was well maintained and invited me to speak to their mechanic and review maintenance records.  I did and he convinced me it was a good machine.  

Sure enough, I bought it and have been happily snowmobiling for a couple of years now with no problems whatsoever.
