2008-07-19 Rating: Read full review ... A couple of years ago, I bought a new washer and dryer from Sears in Kitchener. The washer was one of those side loaders that use less water. I really didn't like it since it took forever to get my loads done. I was sitting at my in-laws about one year later and mentioned how I wish I didn't buy that model. My brother-in-law told me to call them and let them know that I wasn't happy and would like a different model. Sure enough and to my shock, they gave me full credit for the set and allowed me to pick a new set. I was blown away by their service... I couldn't believe it. I'm a life time customer now.
