1 - Is my personal information confidential?
Yes. We do not share your personal information with anyone. Other users do not have access to your information.

2 - Can the service provider I wrote a review about contact me?
No. Your contact information is not available to Village Stars users. However, a service provider will be allowed to reply to a review. Their reply will be displayed immediately below the review.

4 - Do service providers fund this site?
No, service providers are not allowed to create reviews for themselves or pay to be listed. We expect in the future that service providers who maintain a high rating will be allowed to offer discount coupons or provide some level of advertising.

5 - How do service providers reply to a review?
When you are reading a review, there will be a link at the bottom "Write a reply to this review if you are the service provider". Click on that link and submit a reply. Only one reply per review is allowed.

6 - Is a flyer available for my customers to identify how to complete a review of my business?
Yes, click on this link to download the flyer. We suggest you attach a business card to the flyer and ask your customers for their feedback.

7 - Is my review anonymous?
Yes, there is no reference on any pages to the author of the review. All reviews are anonymous.
